About Us

The 422nd Medical Squadron is a small clinic based at RAF Croughton. The 422nd MDS clinic provides routine medical and dental care for all active duty and dependents to the 501st Combat Support Wing stationed at RAF Fairford and RAF Croughton.

The RAF Croughton team consist of 38 personal to include active duty, general schedule, contractors, and Ministry of Defense. Altogether, the 422nd MDS clinic provides care to more than 1,700 beneficiaries. The clinic has three flights, Medical Operations, Medical Support, and the Dental Flight.

The Medical Operations flight provides the following services: Allergy, Immunization, Family Medicine, PHA/DHA, Well Baby, and Well Woman.

The Dental Flight provides a full range of dental services for active duty personnel and their families, including general dentistry, endodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics.
